Things to know before you go!

Head to the country for a REAL Christmas tree.

Before you pack up and head out to our farm, check out these pointers to ensure your Christmas tree outing is the most merry one.

Pre-Visit Checklist

  • Measurement of your ceiling height so you don’t end up choosing a tree too tall for your room

  • Work gloves that can handle getting sappy

  • Sturdy shoes for uneven terrain, that you don't mind getting dirty

  • Comfortable and casual layered clothing for changing weather conditions

  • Knee mat or cardboard if you want to keep your pants tidy when kneeling on the ground to cut your tree

  • Straps or tie-downs to help you easily secure your tree to your vehicle (twine is provided) 

Tree Farm Know-How

  • For your convenience, all of our Christmas trees are tagged with their height and price.​

  • Hand saws are provided. PLEASE keep your chainsaw and axe at home.

  • Carts and sleds are on hand for pulling your tree back from the field.​

  • ​Tree shaking is offered to remove any old needles and debris.

  • Trees are netted to provide for easier handling on the trip home.

  • Tree drilling for peg-style tree stands is available upon request.​

  • Twine is provided for you to secure your tree to your vehicle for the trip home. For tree tying tips, watch the videos below.

Tree Farm Tidbits

CHRISTMAS SHOP

The Christmas Shop is a great escape from the cold. Warm up next to the stove while browsing Christmas ornaments and holiday home decor and gifts.

WREATHS and GREENERY

Beautifully decorated fir wreaths in various sizes are available, as well as combination greenery bundles.

REFRESHMENTS

Hot chocolate, apple cider, bottled water, and fresh baked cookies are available for those looking for a drink and light snack. If you need more to refuel, please consider supporting the area's local restaurants.​

HOURS and DIRECTIONS

The tree farm is not open daily. Before hitting the road, be sure to check the farm's seasonal operating hours.

PARKING

From the farm's entrance (on the Four Mile Road), you'll drive 1/2 mile down a narrow and partially gravel road to the parking lot. The parking lot is grass with gravel driving lanes. The lot can quickly get very busy and crowded - if you have additional friends and family joining you, please carpool.

PAYMENT

Cash and debit/credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) is accepted.
