Red and green doesn't just signify Christmas at Heritage Valley Tree Farm. The colors are also a sign of apple pickin' time. Choose a farm fresh apple right from the tree at our “u-pick” apple orchard. Located at the entrance to our farm, the roadside apple orchard is there for your outdoor enjoyment from late August through October. Join us for a bit of old-fashioned apple pickin' fun.

Choose from 3 delicious u-pick apple varieties; Gala, Enterprise, and Gold Rush.

GALA
Red in color with a blush of yellow. Crisp, juicy apple great for all uses. Ranked #3 on the 2003 US Apple Associations most popular apple list.

Typically ripens in late August.

ENTERPRISE
Red in color. Crisp, with a spicy aroma and mild tartness. Keeps 5 to 6 months if refrigerated. Tastes best after 1 month of refrigeration.

Typically ripens mid-to-late October.

GOLD RUSH
Yellow in color with a blush of pink. Tart tang that sweetens with age. Good for eating or baking in pies and crisps. A great keeper – can be kept 7-9 months in refrigerator.

Open sunrise to sunset, our apple orchard is simple and self-serve. So simple, payment is on the honor system, so please be sure to bring cash.

$1.00/lb. for 1 to 20 lbs.
$0.75/lb. for 21 to 41 lbs.
$0.50/lb. for a bushel (42 lbs. or more)
